Australian Pensioners' Assocation is an amalgam the Australian Conmmonwealth Pensioners' Federation,the Australian Pensioners' Federation and the Australian Pensioners' and Superannuants Federation. Irene Ellis was ecretary from 1963-1983 and later Junior Vice President, with Jim Priest filling the role of Secretary from 1983-1987.

This collection documents the activities and political correspondence of the Australian Pensioners' Assocation, previously: Australian Conmmonwealth Pensioners' Federation, Australian Pensioners' Federation, Australian Pensioners' and Superannuants Federation. Secretary from 1963 and later Junior Vice President, Irene Ellis is a major figure in the collection.
