Mark O'Flynn was born in 1958. He is a poet, playwright, short story writer and novelist.
O'Flynn's work has been published in Picador new writing 3 (Macmillan, 1995) and many literary journals including Scripsi, Wasteland, Peninsula writing, Brave new word, Imago, Hermes, Wagga Wagga Writers Writers, Redoubt, Mattoid, Going down swinging, and others.
In 1990 he was a finalist in the Australian / Vogel Literary Award. O'Flynn lives in the Blue Mountains, New South Wales.

Scrapbook which contains mainly letters of acceptance and rejection received by O'Flynn, from literary journals; also includes publicity material for plays and other literary activities.
