    Many drawings have an additional image on the reverse and have been numbered a and b accordingly.
    No. 10 has typescript imprinted on the reverse.
    No. 11 is torn along the right-hand corner.
    No. 12a has two sheets affixed to the front.
    No. 13 is folded in half to make 4 sheets of paper.
    No. 14 has a piece missing from the upper left-hand corner.
    Nos. 21, 22, 24, 25, and 28 have a scale.
    No. 24a has two additional pencil sketches affixed to the front of the sheet.
    The inscription on the reverse of No. 32 is believed to be in Cawthorne's hand.
    No. 37 was removed from old mount in Jul. 1991. The title has been retained.
    No. 38 is drawn on cover of a Drawing Book with stamp, "E.S. Wigg Importer Adelaide"
    No. 43 is damaged at corners and No. 47 is torn at both lower corners.
