    The photographs of Fiaschi's Wine Bar were taken just before its demolition for Australia Square [1962-1965]
    Thomas Henry Fiaschi (surgeon and viticulturist) planted the Tizzana vineyard on the Hawkesbury, another near Mudgee and had wine cellars in Sydney.
