    Mabel Harriet Lillingston was born in 1866 at 'Yulgilbar', Clarence River NSW, daughter of the Hon. Edward D. S. Ogilvie and Theodosia Isabella, nee de Burgh. She married Charles A. G. Lillingston in 1888. For some years they lived in India where their three children, Jessie Mary Grey, Edward George Grey and Evelyn Mabel Constance, were born. On the death of her father in 1896 Mabel Lillingston inherited a life interest in 'Yulgilbar' and the family moved to NSW to live at Yulgilbar Castle. Mabel Lillingston died in 1925.
