  The image includes an arrangement of depictions of front covers of illustrated journals including The Sydney Morning Herald, Australian Sketcher, The Illustrated Sporting and Dramatic News, The Illustrated London News, Bohemia, Punch, The Sydney Mail, The Australian Star, The Graphic, some dated 1893. Also a one pound bank note of the Commercial Bank of Syd[n]ey and a registered envelope postmarked 'London' addressed to 'Wooldridge Frankcom c/- M. [i.e. Maurice] J.A. Feehan Esqr. Tinapagee [i.e. Quiapagee] Station, via Bourke & Wannaring [i.e. Wanaaring] New South Wales' (ref. The New South Wales Post Office Directory for 1892-93... Sydney: H. Wise & Co., 1892, p. 635). In each corner are playing cards with queens' heads.
