  "Pigs slaughtered, body put into trough of hot water and hair scraped off, body put up on hook for pulling up into trees. Intestines removed, carcass left overnight in tree, to set firm, sold next day from Meat Cart, covered back of truck, man visited farm houses, houses in local town, when no butcher shop in town.
