Textual Records - (manuscript) - Scope and ContentThomas Molyneux Royds writes from Sydney to his uncle Clement Royds, a banker of Rochdale, Lancashire; he informs his uncle that he has drawn 'two bills [of exchange] on you' to the value of 250 pounds and asks him to 'please take care of this'; that because his cattle station had failed to support his stock he had bought another run; that he had been taken ill and, after a four day drive to Sydney, was diagnosed as having rheumatic fever.
