J. A. Zandorff was the resident manager of Coal & Candle Creek Boat Shed from 1961-1964. The boat shed was a commercial venture located on Coal & Candle Creek in Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. Zandorff managed the boat shed on behalf of Coal & Candle Marine Pty. Ltd. - Scope and Content1961-1962; Vol. 1 : A daily log recording details of various aspects of the management of Coal & Candle Creek Boat Shed. Headings include: staff, administration, cruisers, motorboats, slipway, anchorage, dining room, weather and cash takings for the day. There are three black and white photographs attached in the volume. There are also various pieces of printed material and correspondence attached. The volume is comprised of loose leaf typescript and carbon typescript sheets with manuscript annotations.
