Le Courrier Australien was the longest-running foreign language newspaper in Australia founded in 1892 (suspended until further notice according to the Embassy of France in Canberra, 2013). It contained French and foreign affairs, articles on literature, art, music, theatre, science as well as youth issues, with special features for students of French
