    Charles Kerr Chisholm, 1839-1914, son of James Chisholm M.L.C., of Kippilaw, Goulburn, N.S.W. managed the Bland station for his father for 28 years. After the latter's death in 1888 he went to Raeburn, Breadalbane and after his death the property was owned by his son, James Edward Gerald Chisholm. In 1936 it became the property of Raeburn Pastoral Pty Ltd
