    'Mr & Mrs T. H. Kelly & their four children lived at the Rectory, (Carlisle St. Bowral) during World War I 1914 - 1918. She entered into the life of the village & was famous for her children's parties. The Morgan & the Kelly children were good friends & I kept in touch till recently.' Note on file written by Miss Morgan in 1996.
