  • ADMINISTRATIVE/ BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY

    The Community Research Archives and Ethnic Affairs Archives were established by the University of New South Wales in 1981 as a means of preserving the records of migrant groups in Australia for future generations.
    The Archives closed in 1982 and in 2006 collections were transferred to other repositories including the State Library of New South Wales.
