Textual Records - (manuscript) - ADMINISTRATIVE/ BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY
In March 1936 Dorothy Crakanthorp went overseas by ship from Sydney to England. She returned in October. Her sister Madge Ranson wrote many letters to her, keeping her up to date concerning her husband Dick and her two children, Richard, aged six, and Margaret, aged two. She also wrote about her shopping habits, her work, her attempts to open a shop, and the friends they had in common. For most of the correspondence Ranson lived in Bondi, but she moved to South Kensington in September - Creator/Author/Artist
