Dr Peter Orlovich was Lecturer in Archives Administration and Records Management, University of New South Wales from 1973 to 1979 when he was promoted to Senior Lecturer. He was also an inaugural member of the Pacific Regional Branch of the International Council of Archives (PARBICA) and a member of the Geographical Names Board of NSW

Scrapbook contains letters written to Peter Orlovich and studio portraits of authors and some autographs (including Nancy Keesing). Also includes some author residences and memorials, such as the Steele Rudd Memorial Cairn, Drayton, Qld. unveiled on 19th Nov 1950
