  • ADMINISTRATIVE/ BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY

    G.K. Mann, a lieutenant in the Bombay Horse Artillery, came to Australia in 1836. A civil engineer, he was responsible for the Fitzroy Dry Dock. He became the first commandant of the New South Wales Volunteer Artillery Corps on its formation in 1855
