    Photographs of South Australia by Townsend Duryea ; Melbourne by Charles Nettleton and Sydney by John Degotardi - attributions made after comparison with other views by the Curator of Photographs, Mitchell Library, March 1996.

    Duryea's panorama of Adelaide was published in 1866 (see South Australian Register 28 Aug 1866). Duryea also photographed the visit of Prince Alfred to South Australia in 1867. Princes Bridge Melbourne decorated for Alfred's visit in 1867 (No. 20d).
