Suzanne Falkiner (1952-) writer, editor and publisher, was born in Sydney and grew up in Central NSW. She completed Bachelor of Arts degree in 1973. Travelled around Asia, Europe and South America. From 1977 worked as freelance editor, writer and publisher.

She has published a number of books including: ‘Australian Aborigines: Shadows in a landscape’ (1979), ‘Australian’s Today’ (1985), ‘Room to Move (ed 1985), ‘Rain in the Distance’ (1986), ‘Eugenia: A man’ (1988), ‘After the Great Novelist & Other Stories’ (1989), ‘Writer’s Landscape’ (1991)
