  • Attributions / conjectures

    This medallion has been said by the Library to be Reverend Archibald Macarthur, but he had left Australia before Theresa Walker arrived and died in 1847 cf. Jane Hylton, Colonial sisters Martha Berkeley and Theresa Walker, Art Gallery of South Australia, 1994, p.94 ML ref. 709.9942307/1
