ADMINISTRATIVE/ BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY

The Child Study and Adult Health Association of Australia was formed in Sydney, New South Wales in 1904 by Alan Carroll (c.1823-1911) to influence the development of children through nutrition. D. Izett was his secretary and assistant, later becomimg president of the Association. Portia Geach (1873-1959) was a member of the executive committee which recorded its monthly meetings
