• Scope and Content
  This medal consists of a 5 pointed star, each ray tipped with a small metal ball and edged with steel and filled in with common red enamel. At the centre is a crescent and the Sultan's cypher and characters representing `El Ghazi' [The Victorious]. Below is the date `333' [1915] in Turkish figures.
