  • ADMINISTRATIVE/ BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY

    Peter G. Harding was a journalist who came to Sydney from New Zealand in 1935. He worked for Reuter's News Agency, for Workers' Weekly (using the byline 'P. Hart'), and for the National Advocate in Bathurst. Harding joined the Communist Party of Australia and acted in minor roles in productions of the New Theatre. His newspaper associates included Sidney J. Baker, Ross McGill and Alan Reeve.
