[Bridge Road, Richmond, at intersection with Hoddle Street and Punt Road, looking east. The building in the foreground is the (Admiral) 'Napier Hotel' licensed to Robert Wilson. Next door is Perambulator etc., maker, Wm. Geo. Houghton, who died on Feb. 19, 1880, and directed his business continue after his death. At business close the Houghton property was sold on Feb. 2, 1888 to Edward Latham. In February 1889, Edward Lathan received a Certificate of Title. Left of the photo is "Highett's Paddock" prior to its development post 1890s]
