T. Brunton and Company, flour millers, was founded in Melbourne by Thomas Brunton in 1868. In 1888 his sons John Spencer and Thomas Walter Brunton founded Brunton and Company at Granville, NSW, ca. 1917. Another mill was erected at Gunnedah, NSW. The company was acquired by George Fielder and Company Ltd., flour millers, in June 1960
