Includes legal advice by counsel to Jill White, correspondence between parties, statutory declarations, briefs of evidence and submissions (including a copy of Max Dupain's last Will and testament), lodgement of applications for registration of Trade Marks to IP Australia (Commonwealth), invoices for services, inventory and final calculation of costs. Papers from original lever-arch file have been divided and rehoused into three folders:
