    William Sydney Mitchell served in 11 Australian Air Maintenance Platoon, AIF, during World War II and attained the rank of sergeant. He saw active service both inside and outside Australia.

    Lyle Dena Neich enlisted in the AIF in 1916 and served as a gunner in the 2nd Australian Field Artillery Brigade. He saw active service in Belgium and was killed in 1917.
