This collection comprises the records of Arnott’s Biscuits Limited and contains financial records, reports, correspondence, biscuit catalogues, publication drafts and proofs, material relating to the Arnott family and Arnott's Biscuits Limited history, photographs, plans, maps, and promotional objects such as Easter Show fans, pencils, prints and publications. A set of 27 outsize ledgers and 6 tubes with plans and maps are also included.

Marketing manual, recipe ledger and financial records including balance sheets, c. 1902-1963.

Religious books, recipe notebooks, Memorandum and Articles of Association, financial documents, glass plate and printing plate, c. 1820-1992.

Correspondence, 1901-1922. Includes general correspondence, family correspondence relating to business and correspondence with Sparke & Milland solicitors (Newcastle).

Various objects and publications by Arnott’s Biscuits, including Easter Show bag and 5 Easter Show bag fans from 1930; framed cheque signed by William Arnott - in poor condition (1871); Peek Frean Memorandum and Articles of Association (1931, 1941); publication ‘Arnott's: 125 years of making & selling biscuits (1991); Sao tin labels; end of packet labels; promotional items such as rulers, pencils, Young Australia in Action athletic records Vol. 1 and 2 (1960’s); ‘The amazing adventures of Anthony Arrowroot’ publications; price lists 1930’s and 1940’s; prints; Arnott’s parrot poster on board; brochures and booklets c. 1930’s-1990’s; letterheads, biscuit catalogues, recipe books using Arnott’s biscuits.
