William Jesson, labourer, born in Leicestershire, was convicted in 1822 and sentenced to be transported for life to New South Wales. He was sent in the Minerva in July 1824 - Scope and ContentInclude affadavit certifying copies of marriage and baptismal certificates, copies of the marriage certificate of William Jesson and Elizabeth Willey, and of the baptismal certificate of their daughter Ann Jesson, certificate of conviction of William Jesson, and certificate that William Jesson, and not William Jessop was transported in the Minerva
