    Objects - 1 white on blue jasper ware vase, urn-shaped, mounted to a square base and with a small lid. 2 white on green jasper ware medallion panels adorn each side - height approx. 28 cm. incl. lid; 18 cm. at widest point - small chip on vase rim

    Known as the Australia Vase, this vase was first produced, in very limited numbers, in 1906: see "Wedgwood: the Australian Heritage", Wedgwood Australia Limited, 1987, p.17
    Undated. Date approximated from a similar vase held at DR 1
    Decorative motifs on the vase & lid include grapes, fruit, ears of wheat
    Vase handles are in the shape of ram horns
    Vase lid handle is in the shape of a crown
    Medallion panels are of Captain Cook and the "Sydney Cove Medallion"
