    From a private collection in New South Wales. The current owner purchased the works from dealer Chris Deutscher in the early 1980s from a gallery in Fitzroy, Melbourne.

    Six watercolours by Jacob Janssen drawn with body colour, gum Arabic and some scratching out, on paper, depicting scenes from Sydney, ca. 1842-1856.
