- System of arrangementFiles in this series originally formed part of the job number sequence (Sub-fonds 2 Series 1: Max Dupain and Associates. Negatives arranged by job number, 1905-1998). At some point they were removed and placed into their own sequence in four lever arch folders along with contact prints. This is how the negatives were physically arrangemed when received by the Library in 2011. The negatives and contact prints have been rehoused and are stored together in cold storage. Job numbers are entered into the alphanumeric designations field in the file record.
