The Daily Telegraph News Pictorial was established in Sydney and registered as a company on 12 December 1927.
In February 1930 the remaining shares were purchased by Associated Newspapers Limited. The company was wound up voluntarily on 28 September 1930 by an extraordinary meeting of shareholders. - Scope and ContentThe rough minutes were the minutes in the form taken at the meeting and the source materials for the official minutes. The agenda that include some of the statistics are often attached.
