    Housed in original plaster gilt frame with timber inlay painted gold.

  • Conservation note

    Work in good condition. Fine drying cracks across surface of paint, with small isolated area of paint loss in upper left-hand quadrant. Minor rubbing where board meets frame edging. Minor wear to gilding on frame.
