  Robert Scott, 1790?-1844, and Helenus Scott, 1802-1879, arrived in New South Wales in 1822 and had a combined estate, Glendon, on the Hunter River. Helenus married Sarah Anne Rusden, and was survived by eight children, among whom were 'Polly', Rose and Robert. Robert Glendon Scott is the son of Robert Scott and Aimee Ranelaud and grandson of Helenus Scott
