  • ADMINISTRATIVE/ BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY

    Reynold Cleve Potter, a carpenter of Haberfield, Sydney enlisted at Victoria Barracks on 15 July 1916 at the age of 28 and embarked from Sydney on board HMAT A19 Afric, 3 Nov. 1916. He was an instructor in Lewis gun drill, serving with the 21st Battalion in France and Belgium. He was wounded in action in France 21 Apr. 1918, transferred to the 24th Battalion Oct. 1918 and returned to Australia on HT Argyllshire, 22 Sept. 1919
