    This illustration referred to as a frontispiece of allegorical character, p. 178 of A. C. Coxhead's, Thomas Stothard, R. A. London, A.H. Bullen, 1906.

    Lady's Magazine checked in 1789 had a series of articles on Cook. These articles were not accompanied by this illustration even though heading of article states this was the case. However all plates are headed 'Lady's Magazine'.
