"Several examples of this artist's [Rodius] talent are to be found in the Australian Court in the Art Gallery, in the Domain ... There are also some excellent portraits of old time aborigines (1844) - "Dirty Dick" and Ricketty Dick" of Broken Bay ; "Mary" and "Jacky Stuart," of Shoalhaven ; "Bobby Nirgingay," of Windsor ; and "Queen Gooseberry, ..."
