    George William David Bell, a bank official of Port Hedland, W.A., embarked from Fremantle on board HMAT A52 Surada, 17 Feb. 1915 and served with the 16th Battalion in France. He was wounded and captured at Reincourt near Bullicourt, France, April 1917, and repatriated May, 1918
