    The plan shows the front and side elevations and the ground plan for the lower and upper floors. Two rough sketches of the front elevation have been drawn at upper right in pencil.
  • General note

    This is the only existing plan of any of the original villas on Woolloomooloo Hill. The Governor's signature indicates his approval to proceed with construction of the building.
