    Looking down onto the Young Princess Inn, later the Whalers' Arms, (above the man in the blue coat, left), at the corner of Lower Fort Street, Windmill Street and Ferry Lane, and towards Dawes Point across to the North Shore. Previously identified as the the Hero of Waterloo, (whose site on the opposite corner is obscured by the foreground rocks, left). -- Information supplied by Ben Jackman (Oct 2006)
