In 1984 the 17th Congress of the Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organisations resolved to publish a second volume of 'Ukrainians in Australia'. The editorial board was chaired by Myroslaw Boluch and Dr Marko Pavlyshyn. Its members are listed on the imprint pages of the book. The editor was Serhy Yekelchyk, an historian from the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
